RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Dear Customer,
We are committed to ensure your satisfaction with every product you have ordered from Zapatos.com.bd. We request you to check and trail product in front of delivery boy. If you can’t then no worries, If there any problem in product you can return or exchange product easily within next 7 days.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
1. Size mismatch.
2. Product Damage.
3. Wrong Product.
Return or Exchange Guidelines
1. If there any problem in your product then inform us within 7 days from the delivery date, We will not accept the Return or Exchange request after 7 days from the delivery date.
2. You have to sent back the product to us through Shundarban Courier or SA Paribahan.
3. We will only accept return or exchange product is unused or clean.
4. An exchange cannot be with a product of different model.
5. After receiving the product our team will crosscheck the product.
6. Your refund will process within next 5-7 working days.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Zapatos is committed to deliver your order accurately, In good condition. We try our best from our end to provide you the best customer experience.
Zapatos reserves the right not to ship/process any order with incomplete/partial customer details (Name, Address, etc) to prevent potential fraudulent and fake order.
Please note our shipping policy as follows.
• We make our best efforts to ship your order within 1 to 3 working days inside Dhaka metropolitan city and 2 to 5 working days outside Dhaka.
• We ship on regular week days (Saturday to Thursday), excluding public holidays.
• Each Order will be shipped only to a single destination address. If customer wish to ship products to different addresses, customer will need to place multiple separate orders.
• Your order may get cancelled or delivery may get delayed due to size unavailability, product unavailability or courier issues.
• To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
